How do I care for my camera bag?
- Light dirt and dust can best be removed using a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth – dry or slightly damp if needed.
- To protect the surface over time, we recommend treating it every 6 months with a suitable care and protective product. This helps maintain resistance against UV exposure and wear.
- Please avoid using brushes, as they may damage the delicate surface.
Is the camera bag waterproof?
Our bags are water-repellent but not fully waterproof. In heavy rain, we recommend using a rain cover or protective sleeve.

How long does delivery take?

Will I be charged customs fees?

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update your address as long as your order has not yet been shipped.

What is the return period?
